How do we get to Neoi Poroi?

Neoi Poroi lies directly on the Athens–Thessaloniki motorway (A1), exit Neoi Poroi/Platamonas. Thessaloniki airport is about 100 km away (roughly 1 hour 15 minutes by car), Athens about 400 km. The village also has its own railway station on the Athens–Thessaloniki line, about a 10-minute walk from the house. We are happy to help you organise a taxi transfer.

What is included in the apartments?

Every apartment is renovated and self-catering: fully equipped kitchen with fridge and cooking facilities, air conditioning, free WiFi, TV, private bathroom with 24-hour hot water and a balcony — most of them with a sea view. Bed linen and towels are provided, and a baby cot is available free of charge on request.

Is there parking at the house?

Yes. Free parking is available directly at and around the house, and there is no charge for it. Space is uncovered and unnumbered; during the peak weeks in August it can be busy, so simply let us know your arrival time and we will keep an eye out for you.

How far is the beach?

The golden sandy beach of Neoi Poroi is roughly 50 metres from the front door — about a one-minute walk, no road to cross with children. The beach shelves gently, which makes it very comfortable for families, and sunbeds, beach bars and tavernas are within a few steps along the promenade.

When can we check in and check out?

Check-in is from 14:00, check-out until 11:00. Arriving late at night or early in the morning is no problem — we are a family business and live on site, so just tell us your approximate arrival time and we will be there to welcome you and hand over the keys personally.

How do we book and pay?

Send us a reservation request through the form or simply write on WhatsApp or Viber. We confirm availability and the price personally, usually within a few hours. There is no online payment: you settle directly with us during your stay.

Which languages do you speak?

Every year we host guests from more than 30 countries, and within the family we speak Greek, German, English, Serbian and Macedonian. Write to us on WhatsApp or Viber in whichever of these languages suits you best — we will answer in the same one.
